She is also a certified Reattach Therapist and working for Individuals with Autism. She has trained special educators as a master trainer for identification of Learning disabilities and ADHD. Dr Shashwat Saxena is Consultant Psychiatrist with established Psychiatry and De-addiction proficiency. He is MD in Psychiatry from KGMC, Lucknow Responsive and communicative with a dedication to provide effective treatment to mental health problems. Capable of analyzing patients’ backgrounds, symptoms and deciding on the very best treatment plans. A regular to various mental health awareness programs and forums as a speaker to help society learn about mental health challenges and unlearn stigma.

Dr Pramod Pandey is a practicing as a counseling Psychologist. He has done Ph.D and Post Doctoral Fellowship in Psychology. He has done Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism and Mass Communication, Post graduate Diploma in Vocational Guidance and Career Counseling and Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Psychology. He has worked as a Master Trainer under the mainstreaming program of Uttar Pradesh State ADIS control Society and as a Counseling Supervisor under SAKSHAM project GFATM-7.  He is a Life Member of Bhartiya Counseling Psychology Association, Member of Indian Science Congress Association, and Member of American Psychological Association. He is also Associate Editor in Indian Journal of Social Science and Organizational Behavior(IJSSOB). He has more than 12 years of teaching and research experience in different field of Psychology.

Dr Puja Khilwani is a practicing Counseling Psychologist Her qualification is PG Diploma in Counseling Psychology and PhD in Psychology. She is a trained Art therapist, EMDR therapy practitioner (level-1) and a Certified Career Mentor. She is NET Qualified, Associate Editor in Journal of Humanities and Social Science Studies, Reviewer for Journal Psychological Studies (NAOP). She got best paper award in IV international Symposium on Cognition, Stress & Mental Health in Department of Psychology (BHU). She has also active collaboration with Arya Mahila PG College, Varanasi for sharing expertise and experience. She has conducted workshops and guest lectures in institutions like IIT Jodhpur, Shiv Nadar University Delhi, Plato Public School Delhi and Edifecs Technologies Mohali. She has 8 years of work experience in school, college, hospital and corporate sector in counseling services.

Dr. Ved Prakash Rawat is currently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology, Vasanta College for Women, and Admitted to the Privileges of Banaras Hindu University, Rajghat Fort, Varanasi. Before this he was working as a Lecturer in Department of Psychology on Ad hoc basis from 11 th September 2008 to September 2009 in St. Joseph’s College for Women, Civil Lines- Gorakhpur. He has done his M.A. in Psychology, NET/ JRF & RET Qualified, and holds a Ph.D. in Psychology. A prolific writer, he has written 2 books and chapter in a book and has contributed more than 22 research Papers and articles in various reputed National and International Journals. He has also presented more than 15 papers in National and International Seminars and Conferences. He is Certified Career Mentor.
